These Terms govern use of the ImpactLife Bible application and website. ImpactLife Bible is an initiative of ImpactLife Foundation. The application is developed and technically maintained by Tetragalaxy Technologies LTD.

Using ImpactLife Bible

You may use the app and website for lawful Bible reading, study, prayer, devotional, teaching and related personal purposes, subject to these Terms and any content-specific licence restrictions.

Bible translations and third-party content

Bible translations remain the property of their respective rights holders where applicable. Content may be provided under public-domain, Creative Commons, publisher-licensed or other applicable permissions. Downloading a translation into ImpactLife Bible does not transfer copyright ownership to the user.

Translation-specific public attribution and licence summaries are provided on the Licenses & Attributions page and, where applicable, within the app.

Ancient & Biblical Texts

The app includes a separate collection of historical, deuterocanonical, apocryphal and related ancient writings for reading and study. Their inclusion does not represent a statement by ImpactLife Bible about biblical canon. Each work remains subject to its applicable source, rights and attribution conditions.

User-created content

Original notes, highlights, sermon drafts and similar material you create remain your content, subject to any rights in quoted or underlying Bible text.

Offline downloads

ImpactLife Bible is designed for offline reading. Where content is available for download, its use remains subject to its applicable licence and the app's technical rules.

Prayer and devotional tools

Prayer Guide, Prayer Alarm, Bible Plans, Daily Verse and related features are faith-based devotional and study tools. They are not professional medical, legal, financial or emergency services.

Availability and updates

Features, translation availability, ancient-text availability and technical requirements may change as the app is improved, licences change or platform requirements evolve.
